Prescott is home to several restaurants in town that not only have dog friendly patios but at least one restaurant even has a menu just for dogs. The Barley Hound on Cortez Street has a dog friendly front patio as well as a couple of menu items for your favorite fur baby. Their doggie meal comes served on a frisbee that you can take home and play with later.

Other restaurants with dog friendly patios include

         Augies

         Wild Iris Coffeehouse and Bakery

         Rosa’s Pizzeria

We even have our own pet bakery called Whiskers Barkery where you can walk around and shop with your pet for yummy treats and toys.

Dogs are always welcome on the beautiful grassy area around the Courthouse Square where you can catch a free concert or movie in the summer as well as other events year round. There is also a wonderful dog park, Willow Creek Beneful Dream Dog Park in Prescott that gets rave reviews.

Prescott also has several events just for dogs.

         Dogtoberfest

         Woof down lunch

         Barks N Beers

Doggie Easter Egg Hunt in the spring & Tricks for Treats in October. Both events are hosted by Whiskers Pet Barkery and help raise funds for the Yavapai County Search & Rescue K9 unit

There are several spots where you can take your dog for boarding or a day of play.

         Run-A-Muck

         Doggie Dude Ranch
